Commercial framework

How we trade EN590 10ppm, LNG, LPG, crude, and ICUMSA 45

We supply and offtake as principal. Deals are written to contract. FOB, CIF, quality documents, banking instruments, and logistics are agreed with the counterparty — not implied from a website.

Incoterms

FOB, CIF, and other terms as written in the contract. Delivery basis is confirmed before the deal is closed.

Quality and documents

Specification is set per product. Certificates of analysis, independent inspection (for example SGS), and dip test, Q&A, or CPA apply where the contract requires them.

Contract banking

Payment and performance instruments are named in the contract. Where both parties agree, that can include instruments such as MT799, proof of product, or POPF. Nothing here is a standing public procedure.

Industry logistics

Load and discharge at agreed ports — including Europe, the Mediterranean, the Gulf, and other ports named in the deal. We work with standard industry facilities and procedures for tank storage, TSR/TSA-style arrangements, and tracking as contracted.

Ports

Agreed ports, industry facilities

Load and discharge at ports named in the deal — including Europe, the Mediterranean, the Gulf, and other agreed locations. Agency, berth, and inspection are set on that cargo. We work with standard industry facilities and procedures. We do not claim to own a tank farm.

Meetings

Table in the UAE

Our team can meet counterparties at the table in the UAE to advance serious discussions face to face. Remote correspondence continues by email and WhatsApp.

What kind of B2B energy trading company is this?
Sani Trading Company is a dealing company. We supply and offtake as principal counterparties in EN590 10ppm diesel, LNG, LPG, crude oil, and Brazilian Sugar ICUMSA 45. We are not a broker marketplace and not a matchmaking platform.
How do you work with EN590 companies?
EN590 10ppm diesel is traded as principal. We discuss supply where we can put diesel on a contract, and offtake where we can take it. FOB and CIF as agreed. Write with volume, destination, and timing.
Are you an LNG trader for FOB and CIF cargoes?
Yes. LNG is dealt as principal. Cargo window, volume, and delivery basis are set in the deal. FOB and CIF are the usual Incoterms.
Do you trade LPG and crude oil the same way?
Yes. LPG (propane and/or butane as specified) and crude oil trading follow the same principal framework: specification, volume, ports, and FOB or CIF terms written into the contract.
How is Brazilian Sugar ICUMSA 45 handled?
Brazilian white refined sugar ICUMSA 45 is a principal supply and offtake discussion. Origin Brazil. Packing and Incoterms are confirmed per shipment — not implied from the website.
Do you publish prices or a public ICPO procedure?
No. There are no prices on this site and no public ICPO checklist. Payment and performance instruments are named in the contract when both parties agree.
