Incoterms and logistics
LNG deals are structured on FOB, CIF, and other Incoterms as agreed. Cargo window, vessel nomination, and load or discharge port are confirmed on that file. We work with standard industry facilities and procedures. We do not claim to own a tank farm or a receiving terminal.
Quality and documents
Specification is locked in the contract. Supporting documents as agreed: quality certificates, independent inspection where required, and other documents named for that LNG cargo. Nothing on this page substitutes for the contract.
Contract banking
Payment and performance instruments are set in the deal, as agreed by both parties. Where both sides agree, that can include instruments such as MT799 or proof of product. Nothing here is a standing public procedure. There is no public ICPO checklist on this site.
How we work
Write with cargo or window, volume, and delivery preference — we discuss LNG supply. Parties holding LNG write with availability — we discuss offtake. We deal as principal counterparties, not as a paper intermediary.
