Incoterms and logistics
Crude oil trading deals are structured on FOB, CIF, and other Incoterms as agreed. Grade, origin, and load or discharge ports are confirmed per cargo. We work with standard industry facilities and procedures. We do not claim to own a tank farm.
Quality and documents
Specification is locked in the contract. Supporting documents as agreed: assay or quality certificates, independent inspection where required, and other documents named for that crude cargo. Nothing on this page substitutes for the contract.
Contract banking
Payment and performance instruments are set in the deal, as agreed by both parties. Where both sides agree, that can include instruments such as MT799 or proof of product. Nothing here is a standing public procedure. There is no public ICPO checklist on this site.
How we work
Write with grade, volume, ports, and timing — we discuss crude oil supply. Parties holding crude write with availability — we discuss offtake. We deal as principal counterparties, not as a paper intermediary.
